Common questions

Content isn't loading.

The app loads live data from the server. Check that you have an active internet connection and try pulling down to refresh. If the server is temporarily unavailable, the app will show cached or fallback content.


Images aren't showing on the Highlights screen.

This was resolved in the latest update. Make sure you are running the most recent version of the app from TestFlight or the App Store.


A link opened in Safari instead of staying in-app.

By design, external links (such as news articles) open in Safari to keep the main experience secure and focused. Only the app's own domains and allowed media hosts load in-app.
